MasTec Professional Services has built a reputation for integrity and performance that is reinforced by our values. In short, we are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards in all our dealings with customers, employees, suppliers, and the public at large. We provide a Business Integrity Hotline for employees, vendors, subcontractors, and others to anonymously report on a wide variety of topics including, but not limited to, reports of accounting irregularities, fraud, theft, unsafe working conditions, harassment, discrimination, mistreatment, mismanagement, ethical violations, unsafe driving, unsafe operation of equipment, safety violations, substance abuse, or threats of violence. The intent of this hotline is to offer a way to report serious business issues that may or may not require anonymity. Regular business issues, or matters not described as listed above, should be directed as follows:

Employees – Report to the employee's supervisor or the Human Resources Department.
